EFT Mentoring Classes

Dates and Times: Mentoring Groups are generally held twice per year and announced on my newsletter.
You can sign up for the Newsletter in the —> right column.

READERS find them useful:
You consistently provide solid content with practical application that keeps this therapist of thirty plus years (and seasoned EFT practitioner) engaged. – Greg Carpenter

I really enjoy reading your newsletter…. an interesting and informative EFT mail that I always make time for and look forward to receiving.  – Patsy Anthony

Mentoring Classes will be filled on a first come first served basis.

Mentoring is called by other names: coaching or supervision or consultation.
But whatever you want to call it these groups are a rare opportunity to expand your skills in using EFT and to  network with other practitioners.

The Mentoring group

  • held twice monthly
  • six sessions
  • 75 minute sessions
  • sessions held online
  • limited to 6 attendees
  • recorded in the event you need to miss one
  • Meets AAMET guidelines for supervision

Why do mentoring?
Two things are critical to excellence in any pursuit.

  • Consistent deliberate practice that reaches just a bit out of our comfort zone and
  • Focused feedback from experienced, knowledgeable people.

The interaction and input from others in the group is also invaluable in gaining confidence and suggestions for approaching the multiple challenges our clients present to us.  The relationships formed in the groups can add to your referral list and potential joint venture partners.

My focus is to assist every practitioner, coach, counselor, therapist, or other helping professional to fully integrate EFT into whatever the practice and population.  These groups deal with any and all challenges. Your individual questions are addressed. You have access to my 15 years experience with EFT and 40 years in the mental health field.

TWO useful BONUSES**
1) Two 15 minutes individual mentoring sessions with me. You may schedule two 15 minute private consultations with me (a $100 value) during these three months. You can discuss about any particular client or any other EFT related issue you may have.

2) Many Useful handouts to expand your knowledge

Gain the opportunity to:

1. Address your specific questions and challenges
2. Expand your knowledge with additional information on an EFT related topic– generally chosen by the class
3. Practice your skills and gain valuable feedback.
4. Watch and participate in EFT demonstrations
5. Gain useful handouts helpful in your practice.
6. Meet AAMET certification requirements for supervision hours

The goal of mentoring is to expand your knowledge and skills in using EFT professionally and to network with other practitioners.

Online Meetings

You will receive an internet URL link prior to each meeting to join

The process for joining on-line is simple. While it’s best to come to the meeting on-line and use your webcam, you can also join by phone.

Getting to know you

When you sign up you’ll be asked a few questions. Share information about your experience, challenges and population you serve so I can plan the group to meet your individual needs.

Sessions will be recorded in the event you are unable to make a session.

Ready to sign up?
Deadline for signing up is: __ OR until class is full.

The cost is $360 for the six group sessions which includes the bonus of two 15 minute individual sessions and all the additional useful handouts.
There is also a two payment option if that will be helpful for you.

The mentoring class will focus on three areas:
a) Review of EFT concepts and additional information about applying EFT.
b) Your challenges and problems applying EFT in sessions with clients.
c) Opportunity to participate in a demonstration either as practitioner or client.

In the 15 minute bonus sessions you have the opportunity to address whatever you wish but don’t hold back in group. If you are having a problem with something so will someone else – ask!

You will gain the most from this group by: reviewing suggested information, practicing what you’ve learned between sessions and fully participating in the class.

Thank you for your interest and hope you can join us!!

PS Are you AAMET certified? The AAMET organization sets training standards for their certified practitioners and recognizes the need for on going mentoring/supervision. Such supervision is required to maintain AAMET certification as a practitioner. Attending the Mentoring Group will meet your supervision requirement through AAMET.

Can’t make this class? I keep a waiting list for those who would like to join the mentoring group at another time.
